Experienced Litigation Attorney
Well-established, mid-sized Kansas City law firm seeks candidates with 5+ years experience to join the firm’s commercial litigation group. A successful candidate will possess strong academic credentials and substantial experience in all phases of litigation, including serving as lead counsel, motion practice, depositions, court hearings, arbitration, mediation, state and federal court experience, and bench and jury trial experience (preferrable with first chair experience). Portable business is preferred. Missouri and Kansas licenses required. The position includes competitive benefits and compensation commensurate with experience.
